Umbrella Holder *top tip*

With the new 2012 you can't put the umbrella under the boot panel due to the boot tidy.

So me and the old man came up with this:

two old kitchen unit clips attached to the roller by self tappers. Thumbs Up

It's solid as a rock and doesn't rattle at all !! 8)

I jam mine on top in-between the cover housing and the dog guard

But not guard, it's a great place, unless you have removed the cover and it rains unexpectedly Laughing

I hate people who carry umbrellas in pedestrian areas, I always make sure I punch the umbrella if it comes near my face. What's wrong with a decent waterproof????

Stownrow uses 'smart clip's' which communicate with the air-bag ECU via high speed Can bus.

In the unlightly event of an accident, the 'smart clips' tighten the grip on the said brolly thus rendering the brolly both firm and safe.

Once the deceleration rate becomes reduced to a predetermined value, the ECU causes the grip on the brolly to become relaxed.
The said brolly flies forward between the passenger and driver and through the front screen. It's onboard guidance system ensures that the brolly pierces both the front screen and the drivers eye socket of the oncoming vehicle.

To be used in the next Bond film. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

dunkley201 et alia - may I render assistance in this matter:

Our colonial cousins throughout North America refer to raincoats that have a shinny finish and to oilskin garments to being a "slicker". Some anthropologists have identified this as part of a uniquely specific relationship development process that links their DNA strain to that of another that is abundant across the USA - the second "slicker" - being a sly and/or untrustworthy person.

The melding of the two polynucleotide chains which formed their particular over weighted double helix has created a propensity of the sugar deoxyribose (slicker 1) to the almost insoluble guanine (slicker 2.) This organic synthesis some argue is irreversible and has resulted year on year in a greater body mass having to be restrained and protected by a specialist smooth garment.

A by-product of this unhealthy expansion is that these humanoids have lost all sense of apparel relationships, referring to boots as trunks. This has sent the world's car industry into turmoil struggling to provide larger trunks (the boot) in which to fit umbrellas which the Slicker never ever uses, whilst everyone else knows that umbrellas not only prevent you from becoming a Slicker in the first instance, but, they also fit into your boot (trunk) or down your boot - especially collapsable ones.

I trust that the subject of the Slicker is now abundantly clear. Rolling Eyes
