I know some cars (VW i think) had a problem that if you pushed the button on the remote to many times while the car wasn't in sight it wouldn't work anymore. Might be something like that.

Volvo drivers think the "AWD" badge means you can just go offroad with it. They should really tell Volvo drivers that a Volvo isn't as advanced as they think it is.

Ok. Well my guess would be that it has something to do with the fuel pump then. It might me that it takes it a bit longer to build up pressure there.

What you might try next time:
- insert 'key' ...
