But your Hypothesis fails straight away on the basis that you have no control as to the conditions the cars operate under.

It's a very interesting question but unfortunately has too many variables ...

This study/database still makes me laugh and is no way a true picture. It's starting to be a comparator.

The reality of it is that it's statistically not valid so is meaningless.

How on earth do you work this out that often they don't fit them? It's not a grommet but a boot anyway.

Not at all, they would probably outsource it and if they could do it I would still prefer a specialist in 4 wheel alignment.

The 'toe' is the only adjustment available on the rear axle.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.

covers are not stiched and if airbags have gone off then the seat is as a whole is scrap. You are playing with your life and it's a very, very, very stupid idea.

As Pedro says I don't think there is a centralised service record but there is a centralised warranty record which dealers might be able to see.
