My best guess now is a sticking turbo actuator or sticking vanes, seems fine now. Anyone had that before?
Thanks, I did try giving the actuator a little wiggle, there was some play in the linkages ... |

One interesting thing I noted, is I paid £12700 for my 09 HSE when it was 5 years old (5 years ago) with 50K miles. A 5 yr old DS HSE with the same mileage is around £20K, so quite a lot more.
