| I had a similar rattle in the first year of ownership. I raised it at the first service and the dealer said he just tightened the catch and it has been fine ever since. |

| I think it's more than 2 devices as we use it on several different ones at home and my daughter uses it in her house all on the one account so I think any restriction is on concurrent connections. |
