thanks for the comments guys. On the basis the real kerb weight seems to be around 1950kgs, thats plenty for us anyway.

we've got a long single axle van (25ft) so best we keep to a sensible ratio ...

Could someone advise me of the kerb weight of a new freelandr2 xs sd4 auto. I'm considering 1 of these to tow our caravan (1610kgs) but want to be below the 85% towing calc.
