Can't comment on the fronts Daz but for the rears I don't think I would go down the double sided tape route.

The trim piece is held in place by two (as I recall) "buttons". They just pop in place. A quick, gentle tug and they should come off. |

Just give the panel a sharp pull once you have removed the screws. It took me about 45 minutes to fit the first one, due to the measuring and cutting you have to do. The second one took around 15 minutes as I was more confident about the cutting. Poke it, Poke it, make it do it again!!

Just fitted some this weekend. I'm really no DIY god and I still found them relatively straightforward. Take your time, follow the instructions and trial-fit the parts so that your sure. The cutting is easy as the plastic is thin. Be careful as the two sides are similar but not identical I used a hacksaw for the large 40x50mm cut. In answer to the first question, just give the panel a yank from the top; there are two studs that pop out at the top and then slide the bottom connection out. All in all, it took me a couple of hours to do all four and that was without rushing. |

Oh, and if fitting rear mudflaps, the screws you remove when replacing with the supplied longer ones, keep them somewhere safe. If you later fit the front spoilers to a pre2011 model, they are identical to the bumper fixing screws, so blend in well. Poke it, Poke it, make it do it again!!
