I was quoted similar last year for my 2nd service at my usual dealer, rang around all the local branches and got it down to £415. Went back to dealer and they price matched!

Had the dreaded 'Transmission fault' signal flash up the other day. I had bought the car from
Guy Salmon Stratford and they have always serviced it. Took the car in and trouble likely identified
on their computer straight away. Booked in for the following day and subsequently fixed. Haldex
pump replacement. Not under warranty but without my asking got Land Rover to pay a third of the cost.
Thanks to Sara and Barrie in the Service Dept. Highly recommended.
