I have noticed on the Land Rover website that the colour "Rimini Red" seems to have disappeared from the build options?

I ordered Rimini Red back in December but the dealer was then told it had been discontinued and a different red shade would be introduced in March/APril. So I've ended up with Ipenema Sand Brian MY11 FL2 SD4 GS Extras to same spec as XS apart from the Satnav, plus Xenons. Ipenema Sand, Ebony. |

I was given a nudge nudge wink wink in that direction too from my local dealer, hope it is released in time for an order to be placed. Freelander looks good in this, I know this has sport trim but you get the idea.

I am biased but do like Rimini Red, cannot judge difference with the new red yet but any red is better than boring grey/silver or drug dealer black....

The pic is from LR media site as firenze red, I agree though, many of the shots look more like a solid red, this shot is more natural, some of the others are a bit over done with filters. Still like it though, top colour, wonder if we could call it chicken blood red, might attract some attention!!! Paul |
