I have a feeling I know where you mean, but could you pop up a photo. If it's where I think it is, I had that trim apart this afternoon, not for the first time - don't ask, to do with retro electrics and yes, there is some hard foam on both sides. |

Thanks guys. Dunroof, I think you are thinking of the bit I am thinking about, if you know what I mean. Think the bit that is missing may have been missing from day one as the door on that side makes a tinnier noise when you slam it compared with the driver's side, which may be because this foam stuff is missing. Anyway, cheers. mojo. Good website by the way CG. |

Any problems, give me a shout and I'll photo the bit. It does mean dismantelling the side again, but if needs must. |

Reminds me of the instructions needed to install the towbar electrics module Good explaination as to the removal of the trim panel. I can also confirm the cost of the white clips are approx £2.50 scandalous. I had James Edwards (dealer) give me 5 spares as when i removed the panel three were broken. As they'd removed the panel previously to repair the reversing sensors they'd obviously been less than gentle putting the panel back. |
