It wasn't really that harder decision for you to make to keep the FL2, deep down you knew this was always going to be your baby didn't you......

Hope all goes well with the repairs defkalion glad your sticking with your FL2 would be mortified to think of you driving round in some anonymous honda/nissan 4x4 .You shouldn`t tempt carl with pics of deluxe c s he might just pop over and buy it |

Hooray we knew you'd see sense and stick with her...It would be a shame to loose her as she looks so nice...maybe whilst it is in you could get the rear spoiler added????? Not to everybodies taste but I think it dresses what is the blandest part of the car. Sincerely hope all gets fixed OK Def and I second Gammba 's statement that you get it back BETTER than new!!!

Is it only Land Rover that switch the wiper direction??? Never noticed before Defkalion, but your left hooker has the wiper blades sweeping to the drivers side (passenger side in UK), which is obviously opposite to us. I see so many cars particularly the French or older VWs that sweep to the passenger side in the UK... which I feel is rude and dangerous since you loose an arc of viewing area, normally covered with road dirt....unless more up to date foreign made cars are now switching the side the blades sweep to suit the driver. |

best of luck. Nice to see one with the roof rack on, I just had my put on (US), but won't be home for a bit to see her - plus has the windows (front) tinted

Thanks everybody for your kind wishes. Sorry I didn't respond quicker but my internet connection was down (it's not just cars that break down).

Nice to hear you sounding more 'up beat', rather than 'beat up' |
