somehow I think you may need another couple of parts, especially for the terrain response system.

that's what i was thinking; although TR is an electronic system only that presumably uses brakes and throttle to control spin. There's nothing mechanical going on after all - or is there?

If the LR SAT/NAV is not just "plug n' Play" I doubt very much that the TR knob is |

A big Maybe on the lights but the terrain response mod I very much doubt it-I would say No chance but I'm not an expert |

surely the lights would need all the other hardware such as the sensors in the windscreen?? are you saying that these are all there on an S?

When the OP says he has a 'module' maybe he means more than just the twiddly bit in the car, because if it is just that, then I feel it's like sticking a V8 badge on the back and expecting it to go quicker. For a free country, it does seem pretty expensive these days. |

well we'll see. both arrived this morning and the backs are stamped with Land Rover and Volvo so some sharing of parts going on there. The auto lights will have to wait but the TR is just a big switch, with one 'out' socket on the back. This is obviously shared with the hill control and the DSC so you never know, it might be a plug and play with any fault code to be corrected later. Much the same happened when i had the towbar fitted; the dealer wanted some £600 from new!! so i went to a specialist to fit, (£380) then at the first service (independent) they corrected the fault code.
