Seeing as you can adjust where the mirrors dip to, try putting the car in reverse and adjust the mirrors to another position, doesn't matter where, then put the car in D or 1st gear, and see if they move back.

If they do, cheer, feel smug, bathe in a warm glow.

If they don't ignore the above... Hi Darling, I'll be home in 10 mins. If I'm not back, please read this message again...

"Defo" Big Cry
Is that: defo- liant, defo- liate, defo- rest, defo- rm, defo- rmed, or defo- rmity (please excuse if I missed out any English words), or, are you referring inadequately and inappropriately to a "Defin", as in definitely.

It really is easy to spell and takes only a few seconds longer to type to avoid any misunderstanding.

late edit - daughter unplugged the house LAN (she thought it was her iBook - bless her she's only 6yrs young) so anyway here's the post tweaked.

I had to disable this feature as it was causing problems.

I have to back the car onto my drive through an entrance with brick posts. The park sensors do the job OK - but I like to see what I am doing if possible.

Its probably a great feature when parking in a bay or on a kerb side.
