If you have time look at the link on my home page, it's a red "GT" logo halfway down the lefthand side of the home page.

Thanks

No plans for 235/60/18 which is a pity - I had AT2s on my old car and liked them.

Look a bit like Pirelli ATRs which just got discontinued. No Snowflake symbol - just M&S - General made a thing about the AT2 being compliant with the more stringent snowflake standard.

Must admire their logic for the follow up to AT2s being the AT

They are a very nice tyre which should suit most applications.

Times they are a changing, EU Regs etc.

TYPICAL Evil or Very Mad
Having spent ages looking on the net for a decent AT tyre had a set of Yokohama Geolanders fitted today

These new AT's are just what I was looking for. Had a set of 255 AT2's on last FL2, they were a great tyre but were never made in 235 65 17 size.

Hope the Geolanders are ok, or else I am going to be hoping for some fast ware rates! Big Cry

Thanks for info on tyres - could have sent it a few days earlier Whistle 1998 Feelander XDI Hardback - Gone

The NEW 235/65x17 General AT.

I am trying to gauge how much interest there would be for the new General AT in 235/65x17 as I don't think it's going to be long before it's available.

We have now had the 255/55x19 AT for a couple of weeks now and on the D3/4 and FFRR they are a great sucess and have many happy customers.

The Freelander 2 is a very popular 4x4 here in Surrey, as it is all over the country, and I do think this new AT tyre from General will work well.

As an All-Terrain tyre that will work in all conditions as well as in the snow, all be it not as good as a dedicated winter tyre like Vredestein of which we have no date of them coming back into stock, I think this AT tyre will be a great all rounder.

Your thoughts please. Andy.

Already have my Wintracs ready for winter but would need a set of ATs ready to go on straight after winter. Happy to buy them now if there is an 'introductory special offer' kind of promotion - after all this is a new (and unproven) product Wink
Maybe General could give me a free set to try so I could report back good stuff - thereby giving the masses confidence and not feeling they are venturing into scary 'early-adopter' territory. Loads of FL2 drivers then go on to buy loads of them and everyone's a winner Thumbs Up
Anyway, enough BS - yes, I would be very interested in a set

I am interested in 4, but do you have any idea of price yet and as I am "up North" (Cheshire) cost of shipping?

I will be in need of replacing soon, and would be interested. Remember there are never problems, just new challenges
