Not many, since I only did it yesterday but having driven it a couple of times, there is no question. It is absolutely quiet. I actually removed the trim before sanding, but I don't think you have to, since the sandpaper will fit between the seat and plastic. |

i stuck velcro strips (the soft side) to the leather where it comes against the plastic part so the seat doesn't stick to the plastic.

Looks like you two have found two different and excellent solutions - well done.

There are two screws, one Phillips and one torx. One is just above the outboard seat track, on the front side of the seat and an the torx head is in roughly the same position behind the seat.

Silicone lubricant (used for PVC Guttering) will also do the trick. |
