As far as servicing goes they cannot stop you going to an independant for servicing. The legal precedent has been set and as long as the work is done by a VAT registered garage using LR parts there is no effect on your warranty, however can you be sure youre independant has access to all the latest software updates and patches for the car (sounds like its made by microsoft ) as this often is the difference. |

Can't see that the independant garage would be any different to a Landy dealer anyway, cause the Landy ones never seem to have the bleedin downloads either |
