Not surprisingly England couldnt beat Germany, hell they couldnt beat the yanks or Algeria and were fortunate against Slovenia to scrape a win. Where was Rooney? Did he turn up? We score 3 goals in 4 games and he didnt net one of them! Why was Gerrard down the left when everyone other than Capello knows he is best in the middle? All in all the biggest load of s t I have seen in years and I hope the press slate them tomorrow coz they deserve everything they get - i feel sorry for those who have spent a fortune to fly out to support their team - they should get a refund under the trades description act coz i didnt see any football from England....... |

On the plus side nearly all of the squad will be too old for the 2014 world cup! Problem is I dont see much young 'English' talent in our premier league to replace them either! |

this is exactly why they were thrashed.........they are just not at the same level, and it is a reflection on British football as a whole. they are grossly overpaid and do not deliver what they are paid for in terms of fitness and skill level. it was all too clear against Germany, especially the fitness level. for which there is no excuse. I do feel for the fans who have been let down by this performance. Iain |

They were crap, no argument there, but had the "goal" been allowed then they would have all square at half time, they would have played differently. They were going out to score a goal, that is why they were all at the wrong end!!

Not many English players to pick from in any league in the world. I think we must have had one of the only teams who players all play in their own country.
