Your such a tease CG Thumbs Up at last a bit of humour is coming back to the forum.
I'm quite happy to be proven wrong and learn something Rolling with laughter but Mr Label what's with the comment....''Claiming''... Rolling with laughter I didn't ''claim'' anything...I meant it's fact, yes that's the word FACT that a 17'' to 18'' rim/tyre combination (you said rim not me) is 13mm higher measured next to each other (ok unladen Very Happy ) Thumbs Up
The end.

Well there are lots of different makes and layouts, some with fixed beds some where you make the bed up yourself. The explorer group make some very nice vans and I for one like the Bailey range - happy hunting and if you need any advice there's lots of information 'Freely' available Thumbs Up

Hoho I just question your comment...

"Never one to question your comments CG but if you line up a 17'' tyre/rim alongside an 18'' tyre/rim the 17'' is smaller in height by about 13mm"

There are so many factors that makes your "FACT" sound strange to me. Sidewall, airpreassure, and so on.
I guess we'll agree to disagree Yawn
