Help -PDC TSB

I recall somebody saying LR have released a TSB/fix for the rear PDC (just rear only, not front)

I've been searching for it but can't find it Evil or Very Mad

I have reported this to my dealer as the car is getting serviced next week, as the rear ones have been going loopy in this rain over the past week to 2 week

I got the responce its due to the rain running over them, (it wasn't raining this morning, i replied)
Did you check they was clean (yes, as that was the excuse the garage gave on my last FL2, when it went in a dozen times, I said)
I politely told her i believed there was the TSB, "I've been here 11years and I don't know of one" was the responce Rolling Eyes

For Censored Sake why do LR dealers make life difficult and answer polite and simple, I'm taking my car to them as i have lost faith in the one where i normally take it and i get this attitude Evil or Very Mad Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Npinks,

When I took the car in for some other work the service desk told me that there was a TSB for the rear sensors but when I collected the car from the service manager ( he oversees all work on the car now due to problems in the past ) it transpires that it was not a TSB but he had been in contact with a LR technical rep and they agreed that there was a problem with the rear sensors in that they were painted. It seems that new sensors are not painted but the old ones were and that it is the paint on them that is causing the problems.

They have replaced the rear sensors with un-painted ones ( they don't look any different seeing as the car is black anyway ).

I am still having problems with the front sensors and I am waiting for them to be replaced as well once they get clearance from LR and a loan car is available.

Timmy

Cheers Timmy

my first FL2 had painted sensors, they all come unpainted and need coding to the cars colour

I'll see what they say, but been a White car I won't have black unpainted sensors put in unless they are coded Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
