One Touch Electric Windows

Any ideas why my passenger window does the one touch up and down, but the drivers needs finger to be held on the button? Is this normal. Is there a fix?

Fantastic. Just been out an sorted it.

If only the rest of the faults were so easily sorted. Love the car. Major issues with quality.
Will post more when not at risk of jeopardising my attempts to resolve with dealer.
