As Boiledgnat says it it is a Denso brains behind the operation, but I think there is little you can do to it without going through LR......

The map data for the UAE I am pretty certain is supplied by the same company that does Europe and North America which is Navteq (www.navteq.com), but at the moment it looks like they have no new releases available for the ME region, as they state the below on their website;
