Site behaviour

As some of you will be aware, there has in the last week been a spate of disruptive posts and discussions which have involved the goading, bullying and provocation of the site moderator, npinks.

Freel2 should be a friendly place to discuss and organise everything to do with the Freelander 2, with some room for off topic discussion. However, personal attacks, sniping and insults will NOT be tolerated on this site. It is human nature that we have differences of opinion, views and experiences, however if members on this site cannot behave and co-exist despite these then I will have no option but remove access rights for certain members.

As such I have permanently banned the users involved in these postings. I asked for calm on the forum, and was ignored. Attempts to defuse the situation have also been flatly refused, so I was left with no other option left. They have been highly disruptive, hijacking many threads and dragging down the good natured spirit of this site. I will not allow the site to be ruined by the actions of a selfish few, the site is supposed to be fun and informative and they have driven other members away which is unforgivable.

I have no desire to run a site where certain people feel it is acceptable to bully anyone else. If this is what you are after from a forum, go elsewhere - and not to any of my sites.

If any of this message is not clear please feel free to contact me.

I didn't really follow all the posts on the board, but I am curious: which users are you talking about?

That's good to hear. I was beginning to think some forum members actually owned Corgi replicas of FL2s, since that appeared to be appropriate for their age-group.
