Reminds me of the time during an open house to the public, as a gag, I put shoe polish on the edge of the scope cover of my sniper rifle. I had a civlian friend who was up next on the range. He had his eye too close to the scope, and when the recoil hit, he got a nasty scope kiss with blood and shoe polish around his eye. THis was when we were still using the British Parker Hale M82 (C3A2). We never let him live it down. Armchair Commando |

Many thanks McP - If I go down that path, maybe I will make her use rubber gloves every time to be on the safe side |

Won't need the rubber gloves Andy, I've just looked at the back of the handles and they have a black kind of rubber coating on them. So I'm sure your misses 'ring' won't scratch them (If you pardon the expression) |
