or if a LR is not your thing then drive your FL2 a bit harder, keep the turbo on boost - around 2000rpm, and economy will improve so long as you dont just do short journeys, as a diesel takes ages to warm up... Sad

I reset mine before every journey.

I struggle to get 30 mpg while the wife gets about 35-40 mpg.

Around town my FL2 dose 29 mpg to 32 mpg, on the motorway at motorway speeds approx 38mpg to 42 mpg on a good day, But a strong head wind will bring it down to 34mpg
If I'm in no rush like today, I reset the clock after refueling and covered 100 miles up the A1 and back and Averaged 43.1 mpg. Not bad (see my gallery) Very Happy

I recon it tells me that I have a problem!! The girl from LR customer resolutions called me today & also mentioned an EGR valve, maybe this is causing the jerking too.... (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.

lol could be & I still havn't done the headrest monitors yet or added a DVD player!!
