38mpg round town I would say in a heavy vehicle is very good. (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.
(Past) RR Evoque Dynamic Lux Si4 In Firenze Red.
(Past) RR Evouque Pure Tech in Barollo Black with bespoke Firenze Red colour coding.

I usually get 430 miles per tank. Thats doing 10 9 mile runs a week plus some longer stuff.

You'll find the FL2 is thristy when cold (like all motors) get her warmed up and its no different to a car really.

You need an AUX cable (one that has a mini-jack like for headphones on either end) to play music.

The iPhone compatiblily part is mainly for bluetooth so you can receive/dial phone calls via the car's system.

My iPhone is a 3G as well.

Well done Equinox, I'm sure you will be delighted with your new baby. If the snow continues you will be able to press the special button under the dashboard which makes both you and the vehicle adopt the superior, arrogant manner which we who are favoured with the knowledge automatically receive upon purchase of a Freely2. Don't forget pictures of your baby are mandatory so that everyone can see what you drive around Ralph

I also watched a few vids on youtube a good few reviews and saw some awsome vids on its off road capabilities i must say im impressed there was one i found with a free 2 driving through snow as deep as half the cars height with no issues shame i never got the car a week sooner lol but am not complaining its a MINTER and i think i got it for a bargain seeing as its an HSE spec too Wink

OOOOH I like the sound out those, I did fancy some ally running boards but read some posts on here with people having mixed feelings about them? Mine also appears to have the privacy glass not totally black but smoked round the back and with it being metallic orange well Tamboa Flame as LR call it, it stands out.

Guys whats your opinion on the colour? I see a lot of you favour the silver grey or black FL2's? anyone got the same as me colour wise? as i have not seen that many on the road is it a liked or hated colour?

I really like it well i would i bought it lol Very Happy but im sure its not to everyones taste , however i must say i like my bright colours plus it beats my old traditional metallic grey beemer, add to that i could not find a black HSE spec one for love nor money, especially for what i paid for this one and with only 29K on the clock Smile

Interesting that you bought an orange 07 HSE in Yorks does it have the body kit? Its just that I know someone who just traded such a car in against a Audi Q7.. If it is its been a good car with no problems, there might be some baby sick in the back though Laughing At work
