Did you notice that when the vehicles were delivered on the barge not one had a winch - yet as soon as they were in the jungle they sudddenly all sprouted winches?

Thats because they were in the Ann Summers box with the condoms, tampons and Viagra.....they then bolted them to the front of the cars - (which was edited out!) They have a large back up crew and I don't believe thats a secret - from mechanics, to fixers to Doctors... Great programme which you do have to take with a pinch of salt at times.... ![]() Looking for Rally Sponsorship in 2010!! Back to the subject!! I love Top Gear but agree with other comments that there is a lot of 'staging' and purposeful 'set ups' rather than the 'lets sit back and see what happens' approach. I know they do it for entertainment value but it insults the viewers intelligence.

And the problem is?? wouldn't any sane man aid and abet a caravan fire, I would have suspected staging if he had tried to fight the fire ![]() (runs and hides before our resident dentist gets me ![]() ![]() At home ![]() "I can't always believe facts I read on the web" - Charles Dickens winner by default of the tractor vs caravan race |

Could not agree more but apparently it is The BBC's biggest money earner in sales to other stations worldwide. Clarkson has only one saving grace. He keeps a couple of Donkeys (not May and Hammond, four legged ones) The best programme over the Christmas period did involve one of his mates though, it was May's series on Meccanno, Lego Scalelectric and Hornby Doublo. The Scalelectic on round the old Brooklands race circuit was excellent! Bill Turner. Life Honorary Member of Wallasey Motor Club. Licenced MSA Radio Operator for 35+ years.
