Is yours man/auto, mine does it too though not at every junction, my auto BMW once stalled(it was an auto) and that was an auto, they then changed some sort of a crank valve. But as long as the engine doesn't stall theres no prob. I think it's when you pull excessive power( like A/C and ABS) the ecu needs time to change the engine speed to give enough fuel to maintain the alternators need. Mine haven't stalled as to yet. |

It's not normal - another dealer fobbing-off line. Mine has never done it since the firmware was updated. Tell them to check that your ECU firmware is the latest version.

Mine to has just started to do this,ive pulled up to a juction or just slowed down and stopped and the revs sometimes drops to 500rpm almost cuts out then slowly goes back up to 750 revs,its a bit unnerving,the car hasent done this before now and its doing i at normal running temp,not sure what to do about it |

this happent now and then in my 08 march fl2 s and also happens in my new nov 09 gs e fl2,doesnt bother me that much,buy would if it stalls or gets worse. |

Mine did it yesterday. It was -5 and i had it in GGS and had been getting the dsc light flashing, so I reckoned that was the cause? Indus Silver

I'd try a different dealer. I took mine into Copley and they sorted it first time - never done it since. |

may try a diff dealer, but neds to go back in for the seat belt exchange, so will give them one more chance, see what happens....... Anyhoo off oot on me mobike..... |

Does anybody have an update on this? Fr now nearly 2 yrs old, Ist service said software up to date no fault found. Still drops revs occasionally. |

sounds to me like the MAF sensor, wont show up any error (DTC) codes but could cause these symptoms. 2007 '57' Freelander 2 XS Sumatra Black TD4 Automatic - Standard (for now!) |
