What would happen when you take the car to the dealer for a service and they update the software, obviously the xenon fix is not relevant for the car as there is no auto levelling module so dealer will probably turn it off resulting the retrofitted xenon to flicker again? Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto

CCF = car configuration file,
There's no reason why a dealer would overwrite the CCF back to build on a service - it takes time, which cannot be charged on as an 'extra' to the customer or LR, if it did get reset, then i'd re-programme 'at cost'

Cost is from £45 inc vat depending on your location of course, activating the HiD lights & cruise control at the same time is £60 inc vat, excluding the switch pack obviously!

So does that mean that I can remove the extra bits I put in the headlamp to make them work and they will work 100% as normal? Very Happy
