A friend of mines` son crashed out on Saturday on the Tour of Mull - in an Escort that he had spent 2 years building - they was badly shaken up and he hurt a shoulder but didn`t go to hospital. (I believe there was an airlift of at least one competitor off the island). I wonder if it was his off you attended? The word was that the sections were VERY slippery and there were lots of incidents because of this. Don`t drive faster than your angel can fly! |

Thanks to everyone who replied, it is good to see that the FL2 can keep up with the bigger 4x4,s in the harsh world of forest rally organisation.
