EML and various faults.

Been going on for a couple of weeks now, only with my wife driving, may I add. She does tend to drive faster and push the car harder. Anyway other week came in saying oil light came on. Turns out was EML lamp. Noted codes and reset it. Codes are P0134-13 Oxygen circuit bank 1 sensor
P-2196-16 Oxygen cicuit stuck, P02900-0 Turbo charger underboost and finally P2008-00 Intake manifold runner control circuit open bank1
Now I can clear all except P2008-00. EML light clears. Now all this has started some weeks after changing the glowplugs and removing the swirl flaps. All was fine no messages until as I say about two weeks ago.
My wife says when the EML light comes on she sees black smoke, I have yet to see any. I am just wondering if the P2008-00 is just because of me removing the swirl flaps and associated piping etc and is a bit of a red herring and it is one of the other codes that initiated the EML light.
What do you think?

Nodge mentions Swirl Flap in this thread.

Unfortunately the OP did not bother to tell us what happened --- Try sending a PM to 'odesav' ----

Have a look around the Swirl Control Flaps/Valves to ensure all has been Modified correctly. I think that they react to 'Spirited Driving' --- Lots of info about P2008 on Goggle on various makes of cars. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

All I did was remove the flaps cut the vacuum tube where the solenoid switch clips to a bracket at battery side. I sealed the vacuum tube up. I am just wondering if the solenoid switch wiring is looking for a reading not open circuit.
