Hi all, the Driver side DRL has stopped working.

It did pop off for a few hours a few weeks ago but when i went to take a look it was on again.
I've looked in the manual and online if these are fused, but cannot find anything.

This a replacement unit job?

Each Exterior Lamp is individually controlled via a Field Effect Transistor (FET), which checks that all conditions are right before allowing power to that lamp. Any damage to wiring or fitting will stop the 12v being applied.

Are you saying that lamp is not working following changing it? FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

nothing has been changed, I've picked up some fuses but haven't touched anything yet.

Suggest check/change lamp first. FET should reset itself.

How do I check the LED strip? The headlight and indicator are working fine

Have you tried swapping the left and right headlamp units? If the problem moves you’ll know that the fault is between the plug and the lamp!

The signature strip is controlled separately to the DRL cluster (when you put the indicator on for that side, the DRL goes off but the signature strip stays on). From your picture both of these are off, so it's not just a single control output that's the problem.

Swapping the headlamps over for testing is a good idea.
