Hi Jules.
I really like those rear lift ramps, since the post was 2019 i presume you have had good use out of them? are they any good and do you have a link please.

@ Arctic
Sorry Ive only just seen your post.
I bought the ramps in 2012 from a bloke on ebay (about £400 IIRC)
They've been used lots.

I found this link to some identical ramps - Swedish though.

Perhaps someone is selling them in the UK but I couldnt find any. Maybe Brexit has curtailed them being sold in the UK. Jules

Next job on the list. I do wonder as some say they took X litres out and then put X litres back in job done. I find disconcerting as to if X out and X in at same temp, and more importantly how do they know level was correct when they started. Finally am amazed at prices of official O rings, what a mark up LR must be making.

Easy to do a complete DIY fluid change, need about 12 to 15 litres of fluid

That will be the cost of putting them in individual plastic bags with JLR branding and maintaining the part number database and stock levels! Got to keep the profit margin up and be able to increase the VAT take for the government!

Well someone somewhere making a packet Very Happy

There is at least plenty of fluid around at under £5 a litre as it nearing Christmas.
Both O rings and washer for £9 which I still think is a lot. Have got p[lenty of 20mm copper washers which to my mind will do the job.

South west of country looks a good place to get fluid from facebook marketplace. Lots going extremely cheap.

Planning to do oil change

wondering the oil ones what to use for DIY

Mannol ATF Multivehicle 20L JWS 3309, far as i looked this should work on 2010 plate car

Here is secondary options which " companies gave " what they would use if i bring car to them

Fuchs Titan ATF 4400
RAVENOIL ATF T-IV Fluid ( very expensive one )

If you mean the O rings for the ATF cooler connections. I got some genuine ones from ebay. They are green Viton - not the usual black rubber .

Copper washers; I reuse after sanding on some fine Emery paper and re-annealing with a blow torch - its on Utube Jules
