AC compressor clutch not working

Dear All

I have situation below

1. When I switch on the AC, I could see that AC compressor clutch not engaged.
2. I disconnect the power of AC and manually connect 12v + and clutch is engaged. So the issue is with
3. I suspect the fuse in main junction box could be damaged, below the suspect I have

a. F11 ==> 10A
b. F13 ==> 15A
c. R3 A/C
d. R5

Question
a. Is there any other fuse that could be the suspect?
b. How to check R3/R5 fuse?

oh yes, you are right. R is relay, thanks for correction

Have you got sufficient gas in the system as low pressure will cause the clutch not to engage.

The A/C Clutch is electronically controlled, are you sure that all the conditions are met for it to be called and power supplied?
Do you have any DTC error codes in system that may give you a clue to the failure?
Have you read the Climate Control section in the Repair and Wiring Manual? FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 77k+ miles) (MY2015)
Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History
(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)
