The headlight bulbs are known to blow together, happened to me, I would try replacing the bulbs first before delving deeper |

Lots of FL2 lights are protected by FET’s so there are no fuses for them. Change the lamps (bulbs grow into flowers) and if things still don’t work try swapping the headlight units left to right (just plugging them in) to check if the problem swaps with the unit. |

As BossBob says each FL2 Lamp is controlled - and monitored - individually by its own FET.

As I found with my trailer. The car shut down the lighting circuit if you accidently and transiently shorted a trailer bulb whilst replacing it. Restarting the FL2 reactivated the circuit so I could can on testing the trailer wiring. In the end I gave up and connected a 12v battery to the trailer to continue testing the circuits and earths.
