Poland 2011 LR2 TD4 Dynamic Manual Santorini Black

Hello, has anyone already used Trent63's services?
I'm thinking about it out of curiosity, I'm considering various configurations, including with a power box.
Please provide information.

Cześć, czy ktoś skorzystał już z usług Trent63.
Myślę nad tym tak z ciekawości, rozważam różne konfiguracje, także z power box.
Proszę o informacje.

All you need to know about EGR systems. Good overview - hereally explain things well.

Maybe better to service your PCV system than mess with the EGR.

He did a video on the avantages of offset crankshafts - my Fiesta has one and I hadnt realised want a difference a small change in engine design can make. Jules

My advice is to keep the EGR system as LR intended, and simply maintain it as part of the 2 yearly service.

What part of the EGR system is serviced every 2 years ? Jules

I always thought that an EGR service was where you just thrashed it to get it hot and clear all the crap out. Drive it like you stole it.

Yes you need to get the engine hot to burn off carbon but as the EGR doesnt operate during acceleration, you woulde need to cruise for a while after blasting it to allow the EGR valve to open.

Interesting video I thought - I had never thought of the EGR system as a temporary reduction in cylinder capacity. Jules

As a reflection.
Evoque 2.2 2013 . The engine is accordingly the same as ours. I did a chip tuning. You can see the result of the measurement at the link
