It's not for the fog lamps, but if it's aftermarket, than it would be hard for me to find out what's for... maybe an electrician would solve this mystery.

It's not a battery kill switch but it could be an anti-theft. Will try to find out. |

Its a pretty standard power switch, I have seen them in kits to provide after market Wireless Charging.
