They are usually designed for DIY fitment so anyone with a reasonable toolbox should be able to do it.
Have you bought them already?

To me, they seem a bit pointless on the FL2, as its not high off the ground; unless someone has mobility issues. But each to their own Thumbs Up Jules

Several options:
1) Any garage could do it- for a price.

2) A capable friend may do it for a beer or something. Jules

You may also need a stiff brush to get the mud/dirt off the back of your trousers caused by brushing against the step when exiting the vehicle. Big Cry MY 09 GS manual in Lago Grey, Wood Co arm rest and side bumper strips - now sold.

Ive never used a rivnut tool to install the nutserts, just held the rim with a set of needle nose pliers and insert the bolt then tighten slowly until the nutsert starts to grip,do away with the pliers and keep tightening the bolt until its nipped up fully. Undo the bolt and install whatever your fitting

I agree - whilst my FL2 was out of action recently I had several hire cars, a couple of them managed to leave tell-tale mud on the lower legs.

The FL2s deep doors are very good at protecting the door closures from dirt. I find the seats are an idea height for an old stiff pensioner to get into.

(Useless additional info - The FL2 HSE LUX/Metro has a Easy Entry/Exit Feature that automatically lowers the Driver's Seat when door opened) FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 77k+ miles) (MY2015)
Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History
(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)

And if you don’t have the easy entry/exit feature but do have memory seats you can always assign an unused seat memory location to the seat adjusted for easy entry/exit.

Especially down under... High heels are not the issue in Antipodean parts of the world, even thongs (flip flops) are too much! An elevator downwards into the car is required.
