Yesterday a front disc grub screw was extracted by drilling it out, and the front disc cleaned up, until the new front discs arrive on MY07 which is having front and rear discs and pads for the spring. |

Seeing as today looks to be the only nice, but chilly day today. I took the opportunity to give the car a quick wash ready to make it all dirty again this weekend.

Washed the car, first time since June. Checked it over, then packed it half full of stuff and drove 10 hours through rural Western Australia to the Stirling Ranges. Lovely part of the world, unique flora and geology, and hardly any tourists as it's the end of a brutal summer.

Do you really need a car radio aerial as big as that on top of your car in the outback?
