Plastic 'Thing' and oil leak?

Hiya Folks
the plastic thing at the front of my motor has dropped on the passenger side ( see pic )
ive tried to locate how it is secured to the car so i can put it back but i cant find any rivets/plugs etc that are holding it on. Any advice would be appreciated.
Also there appears to be some oil running down from the grill
is this something i should worry about? where could it be coming from?
thanks in advance for any help
its very much appreciated

Looks like a trolley jack to me - I'll get my coat.
I'd say the loose bit and the oil leak might be something to do with the damage to the plastic cover for the towing eye, judging by it's condition.

The oil is probably coming from the intercooler which is behind the grill. The car has hit something low down on the nearside front which has damaged/removed the layers of plastic that normally cover the towing eye.

If you get someone inside revving it up, can you hear a 'hissing' sound from that area? Any lack of performance? Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

As above. The car has impacted something low down damaging the tow eye cover and possibly other plastic components, and the intercooler has likely been damaged as as will, or it wouldn't be leaking oil.
The front bumper needs removing, so you can see the extent of the damage, and go from there. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
