Hmmm

I think that’s the hose but I’ve tried uploading a pic to gallery and post several times but it doesn’t show.
Is that one I can replace without removing the bumper?
Thanks again

That looks like the culprit, it's very oily. Can you see or feel a split in it? Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

Leak

Had as good a look and feel as I can and can’t see or feel any splits it’s feel very rigid
Could it be leaking from the throttle body?
As you said it’s very oily all the way down so I’m assuming it must be coming from the top area?
Thanks again for your time and knowledge

While you are checking around the Turbo, it may be worth checking the Turbo Variable Vane Mechanism is moving freely.
When mine started sticking I noticed 'Wha Wha Wha' noises when lifting off the throttle.

As for finding the source of your oil-leak, the pipe failures can be very hard to spot, so I would just change out the hoses and clean and secure all the joints.

Im gonna go for it!

Ok so ive decided to take on changing the intercooler and hoses myself.
Ive found these parts on ebay are they correct? ( see pics )
Can the whole job be done in a day?
Are there any specific ‘trip ups’ i should be aware of when doing this?
Ive watched the youtube videos several times and it seems pretty straight forward.
I shall post pictures as i go along

Confused.com

Im a bit confused about the hoses needed
Ive searched for a ‘full’ hose kit but some have 3 hoses some have as many as 6
Can someone point me in the direction of the hoses i need please?
I presume i should replace all of them while im changing the intercooler but dont know which ones are
Correct also prices vary from £30 - £200+
TIA

This should help

https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.com/p...and-rover/

You should only need to change the rubber hoses but if genuine parts are used £££££ the one from the throttle body to the RH intercooler connection comes as one piece from JLR, 2013 FL2 XS.

I think changing both while im in there makes sense
Thanks again

Hiya again
I’ve received my Intercooler and hoses
The IC to throttle body came with clips but the other side didn’t
Can anyone tell me what size clips I need to order and where from please?
Thanks again
