Thread does not add anything to this for me. As I said these were rewired internally to work on a prefacelift. If new owner wants to further modify then thats up to them. |

ad says xenon but they are not bi-xenon on the facelift (2013> ) headlights, they are single bulb unit with a shutter for low/high beam. |

Sorry to confuse but the facelift headlights could either be bixenon HID headlights or Halogen units with HB3 bulbs so which are yours, HID of Halogen? |

They are xenon. As said above shutter for high low beam. |

Both the xenon HID and the halogen versions of these headlights have shutters and to confuse matters even more some folk refer to halogen hb3 bulbs as being "xenon". If they are true xenon HID headlights they will have ballast units fitted to the outside of the casing on the underneath of the headlight unit. Do these have ballasts like this fitted?
