PCV usually could be a honking (like geese) sound. Start it and then remove the dip stick after 30 seconds.....any additional sound? |

it is a sound like if a brake is running strongly, high squeak and it fails to reproduce and no partoon, can you drive without the pvc valve ? maybe that is worth trying then.

You can't just remove the valve, it's integral to the valve cover. It's easy to replace though. But as was mentioned, that's a goose honking noise and easy to rule out by pulling out the dipstick to see if the honking stops.

New Catering Ventilation is most likely the Positive Crankcase Ventilation value or module. |
