Cross bars that bolt to the roof

Hi, looking to put bike racks on the roof of a 64 plate commercial. Are there any cross bars that bolt to the roof mountings rather than clamp to the frame of the car. Never been a fan of the roof rails on the F2, always looked a bit high. Disco3

United Kingdom 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Rimini Red

You can get universal roof bars, which have feet designed to fit the roof.
I use a tow bar mounted rack, as they're much easier to load with bikes.

I saw a Fl2 in traffic that had roof bars bolted to the roof fittings - a bit like the Frontrunner rack that bolts directly to the roof rail fittings. Disco3

Just a bump, anyone seen crossbars that bolt directly to the roof fittings rather than use the longitudinal rails ( I think they look a bit ungainly). Thnx Disco3

Thanks, this looks exactly what I'm looking for (and can't believe I missed on the Roofbox site).

Yakima K631 footpack attaching directly to the roof fittings. Disco3
