Please help identify the noise - electric throttle maybe?

Hi, yesterday on shutdown I noticed unusual sound, normally, there are a few clicks and sounds like some checks or diagnostics are running on engine shutdown. But this time it was rattling sound.
Is it perhaps electric throttle that’s gone bad?
Please watch the video below to hear the noise.

Thanks

Could be the EGR valve. I believe the electronic ones go through a cleaning cycle when the engine is switched off. mine seems to cycle 3 times and then shuts off.

I'd agree. Sounds like the main gear in the TB has stripped. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. Gone.
2006 Tonga Green i6 HSE. Gone.
Audi A5 convertible, my daily driver.
1972 Hillman Avenger GT, the project.

Thanks everyone for replies. I just wanted to provide an update - I bought a “throttle body repair kit” from ebay that consisted of two metal cog wheels and a super glue. One “partial” cog wheel got glued on top of the existing cog wheel that had missing teeth, and the other wheel got replaced completely.
It seems to work fine now, and the best part is that I didn’t have to dismantle the throttle body at all, only had to remove the cover, which had really good access, all while still attached to the engine.

Yes, the one I got looks identical. Glueing the partial cog wheel is very easy because it “fits” in very nicely, all you need to make sure is to allign the teeth with the original (damaged) cog wheel.
