It's not designed to be removed, and doing so will normally damage the fuse box. Just pull the battery negative terminal for about 1 minute, then reconnect smartly without sparking. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

Check all the connections on every module in the vehicle. If it has BT, then that module is the most likely to fail, however if the Nav is blank or stuck on the LR screen, it can also be the Nav drive at fault.
