Hi please can anyone help. Only had my fl2 one year, i have previously used Engine oil triple qx/ 5w-30 premium synthetic wss-m2c913-a/b and just ordred it again but they sent out a different brand Vortec pro semi synt 5W-30 wss-m2c913-b. As i am now confused as My Landrover just passed its MOT today with no advisories it is a Freelander2 2.2 td4 2011
The mot inspector told me that i have a Diesel Particle Filter fitted. My manual states i should use WSS-2C913-B But if i am right that is for a vehicle with out the DPF. My 8th character of my vin is a "C" which does mean that a DPF is fitted. Should i be using 5W-30 FULLY SYNTHETIC WSS-M2C934-B ? Thanks for your help, regards Russell.

I used Smith & Alan on my last oil change was surprised it was completely clear in colour ?? 2013 FL2 XS.

I get mine via their eBay shop which comes with free delivery. Don't know if I pay more than going direct though. You would have to make a comparison. Now at the point when I learn something new something old is lost out the other side !
Now retired so it doesn't matter anymore.
Freelander now gone.

any idea what they charge for delivery of 20 litres or is it included in the price? wishfully thinking

Seems cheaper to order direct at the moment because i will get a discount of 10% for my first order, depending on there postage charge. 2 smaller 5lt containers would be cheaper in the short term but thought that a 20lt container would give me enough oil for 3 oil changes and top ups if needed.
