Unlikely seeing as it's a 2008 vehicle.
Generally they were fitted to UK spec cars from 2010.

8th character in the VIN.
B will be 2.2L diesel without DPF
C will be 2.2L diesel with DPF.
Up to 2010 it was a cost option, so very few buyers would pay extra for something that was potentially going to cause grief later on. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.
2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. Gone.

England 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Stornoway Grey

on my previous owners sales invoice ,(my old 2007 hse) dpf was an eco friendly option at a cost of around £750,needless to say he never took them up on it!
