Under normal driving conditions the FL2 is a FWD car. 4WD is only engaged when starting off from stationary to prevent front wheel spin. Hence front wheel spin is a sign of failed 4WD (PTU or haldex usually).

I had the same with mine (2010, 96k) and my local indy recommended a 'proper' service - haldex out, strip down on the bench, clean, refit and new oil as a first start. In the end I had to get this and a new pump but it certainly solved the problem.
