Does anyone set their temperature settings then just leave it all on auto?

I've used both the auto method and adjusting the fan speed. The auto works really good though and it's nice to just adjust the thermostat to get a desired temperature. |

leave it on auto, and adjust the temp only when necessary - otherwise would have saved a few bob and just had air conditioning.

More to the point - Whats the point og dual zone control - I am sure the most of us in Europe do dot need this stupidity - here its either too hot or too cold, so its on max or min all the time All I need is an on and an off button 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.

If it gets too warm in the car, I open the sunroof - summer or winter (if its not frozen)
