Hi all, I've noticed today the outside temperature reading on the dash had stayed at 10 Degs for about four hours,

that's puzzling then, I've got a stationary temp at morning start up,

Play a hairdryer on door mirror, and see if it increases.

OK, I've hot had a chance to do anything with the sensor,

More likely that the wiring to the sensor is failing - every time you open the passenger door the wiring flexes, and it time it will fail.
